At KidoPrints, all of our products are delivered as digital downloads. This policy outlines how downloads work, what customers can expect, and our terms for delivery and support.
📌 What You’re Buying
When you purchase from KidoPrints, you’re buying a digital product — such as PDF books, activity pages, flashcards, or Canva templates — that can be downloaded immediately after payment.
📦 How Delivery Works
✅ After successful payment, you’ll receive an instant download link on the order confirmation page.
✅ You’ll also receive an email with your download link(s).
✅ For products with Canva templates, a link to access the template will be included in a PDF or TXT file.
Please download and save your files immediately. We recommend backing up your files for future use.
🚫 No Physical Products
We do not ship any physical products. Nothing will be mailed to you. All items are digital only.

If you didn’t receive your download email within a few minutes:
Check your spam/junk folder.
Make sure your payment went through.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your file (such as a missing link or download error), please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
